His father, Derek Meyer, has worked in construction since 1996 and passed down the knowledge, grit, and values that define Mammoth today. With Derek's decades of experience as a foundation, Ries built Mammoth into a company known for craftsmanship, reliability, and the belief that a job worth doing is worth doing right. Under Ries's leadership, Mammoth has grown to take on everything from custom woodwork to complex hillside builds - always with the same dedication to quality and care.
